Two hour planning meeting 2-3 weeks out from your event date
A phone call 2-3 days before your wedding to review final details
On-the-Day
Arrive early, oversee setup, and direct vendors
Set up personal items (guestbook, signage, favors)
Coordinate with the wedding party and beauty schedule
Distribute flowers and manage any last-minute issues
Cue ceremony music and timing
Line up processional and cue entrances
Confirm officiant, rings, and license are ready
Manage timing and transition to cocktail hour
Work with the venue/caterer to ensure a smooth delivery of food service
Oversee room flip and reception setup
Cue entrances and keep event timeline on track
Coordinate with vendors (DJ, photographer, rentals)
Handle surprises or performances
